Sometimes it's inevitable to experience crazy situations at work. "Situational Triage" is a made-up term our team has came up with to describe multiple stressful situations happening all at once. For example, there's a client of ours who was starting an ERP implementation in 2 months and crucial personnel weren't going to be available. 1 announced their retirement, a 2nd requested an extension for leave and a 3rd put in their 2-week notice.
